Today, my country’s first Chinese standard subway train equipped with Huaqi’s intelligent PIS system rolled off the line in Zhengzhou, marking a major innovation breakthrough in the field of subway vehicle technology in my country, and a key step towards “standardization” of my country’s subway vehicles. 

Beginning in July 2019, CRRC, together with the China Urban Rail Transit Association, various subway companies, scientific research institutions and cooperative units, jointly implemented a series of China standard subway train development and test projects. Huaqi Intelligent is an innovation of the on-board passenger information system. The partners participated in the technical system discussion, product finalization, system development and joint debugging and testing throughout the process, in order to build a “standardized” subway train platform that meets Chinese needs and advanced technology, improve the standardization and modularization of China’s subway equipment, and establish urban rail equipment The Chinese standard system has contributed a part. 

The Chinese standard subway train is based on Chinese standards, adopts standardized, modular, and serialized design concepts, inherits existing subway train operation experience and independently develops a technologically leading new product platform based on the needs of domestic subway users. The development and demonstration application of serialized Chinese standard subway trains will promote the further improvement of my country's subway vehicle standard system, lead the "standardized" development of my country's urban rail equipment, reduce the life cycle cost of urban rail transportation, and strengthen the core of my country's urban rail transportation equipment technology. Competitiveness, to achieve the high-quality sustainable development of urban rail transit, and to provide important equipment support for the "transportation power" strategy.

The offline subway trains will be used on the "Zhengzhou Airport to Xuchang Line", using GOA4 level fully automatic driving type B cars with a speed of 120 kilometers per hour, developed by CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd., and born under the Chinese standard subway train technology platform The first vehicle product is also the first demonstration application of a standard subway project. At present, the development of Type A cars at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour, Type A cars and Type B cars at a speed of 80 kilometers per hour under China's standard subway train platform is also progressing smoothly.

The on-board PIS system supplied by Huaqi Intelligent for China's standard subway trains has the following characteristics:

1. The passenger alarm adopts a visual intercom solution and integrates a 1080P camera. After the passenger alarm is activated, the audio and video can be uploaded to the OCC control center, so that the OCC control center can view the situation near the area where the alarm is located, and monitor with the camera in the passenger room The pictures complement each other.

2. The cameras in the car are all 1080P high-definition cameras with H.265 encoding, which can compress the 1080P output code rate to 2M, which can reduce the pressure on the wireless bandwidth of the car.

3. The passenger room switch adopts the dual redundancy scheme of power supply and switch module, and adopts the ring network redundancy scheme, which improves the reliability of the on-board PIS system network from the design.
