Earlier this morning, the launching ceremony of the preliminary operation of Kunming Metro Line 4 and Line 6 Phase II was successfully held in the hall of Kunming Rail Transit Line Network Center. Cheng Lianyuan, standing member of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee, attended the ceremony and announced the official commencement and operation of the project. Wang Xiliang, Deputy Secretary of Kunming Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Kunming, presided over the ceremony.

Kunming Metro Line 4 starts from the northwest of the downtown area and ends at Chenggong New City, passing through 6 administrative districts, covering a total length of 43.422 kilometers, with totally 29 stations, which marks the line having the longest operational mileage and the most interchanges, and constitutes Kunming's "mi-shape (米)" rail transit network. Being a major industrial supporting line in Kunming, the operation of Kunming Metro Line 4 will strengthen the interaction and connectivity of various regions in Kunming, facilitate the integration of passenger flow, capital flow and information flow, and bring strong impetus to the development of the city. The scheduled commissioning of the project not only presents a satisfactory answer to more than 6 million citizens of the Spring City, but also dedicates a gift to the 71st founding anniversary of New China.

The video and monitoring system delivered by HUAQI offers stable performance and can effectively provide passengers with recreational services and related riding information. Simultaneously, the high-resolution video monitoring system constantly supervises the status of the train to assure the safe operation of the train. The LCD display is aesthetically pleasing, adopting a new installation process with live recording switching function, which is also a touch of brilliance in the passengers' riding experience.

Since the project establishment, HUAQI intelligent project team has been devoting full efforts from design to acceptance, reasonably allocating resources, efficiently progressing, and fulfilling the all-process management of the project.
